Which platforms do you support?

We easily support any mainstream platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Threads. Each account comes with posting on 5 platforms, but we can discuss any specfic needs.

What are turnaround times?

We work on a monthly production cycle with clear due dates. Most months follow: production starts on first → revie start on fifteenth → approvals are due by end of month → scheduled publishing on an agreed calendar.

Do you also create carousels, GIFs, or Stories?

Yes! We offer customization of plans to include any combination of videos, stories, graphics, and carousels.

Do you also create video posts and reels?

Yes! We create custom video content for all social platforms featuring your own footage or a combination of stock footage and graphic elements.

How do revisions work?

Revisions happen inside the portal — you leave comments directly on posts and we handle edits without email chains. They generally take 48-72 hours to make. Revisions are unlimited in number but they are limited by time. Revisions must be in by end of month.

How do approvals work?

You will have access to a simple, secure portal. Review the month, approve or comment, and we take it from there.

Do you provide community management or engagement services?/h3>

We can, but not in tier 1 plans as being a commuunity manager requires our team to understand your business as a more fundamental level. Our consultants would also need to be workign with you so we can stay in line with your business.

What do we need to provide?

Brand assets, voice guidance during onboarding, access to your platforms, and timely approvals. We will also need you to own the posting service we connect to your platforms on. Suchas as Buffer, Metricool or similar. That's most of it.

What's not included?

Paid media buying, influencer contracts, full website builds, and platform fees are outside the scope of these plans. We'll flag anything adjacent during your diagnostic call.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes — mention it on your diagnostic call and we'll discuss options that fit your budget and mission.

How does cancellation work?

Month-to-month after an initial onboarding cycle (which varies by tiered plan). We don't lock you in — we earn the next month.

Can you handle multi-location or multi-brand?

Yes. We scope additional production and review streams per location or sub-brand so each one stays on-brand and on-cadence.
