Designing the Focal Point
At ICN’s annual conference, the challenge wasn’t just to fill a space — it was to create a place where people would gather. The massive LED wall became exactly that: a living photo backdrop, a conversation starter, and the most-photographed spot of the event.
Attendees used it as a place to take pictures, connect with one another, and show they were part of something bigger. And for those not yet in the network, the wall itself became an invitation — a visual expression of the movement that made people want to join in.

The Challenge
ICN is a network of churches united by a central vision: we want every community we are part of to be glad we are there, even if they never walk through our doors.
The challenge was to translate that mission into something physical and visual: a feature that anchored the conference, celebrated the network’s global reach, and created a moment attendees would keep sharing long after they left.
It couldn’t just be décor. It had to be a focal point — something that would draw people in, spark conversations, and showcase the diversity and energy of the movement.
The Creative Process
We went big — but more importantly, we went interactive.
Geometric LED Wall: Designed a massive, curved installation that filled the atrium and offered multiple viewing perspectives.
Motion Graphics Loop: Built a dynamic sequence of bold, colorful animations in ICN brand colors, tied to the Drives conference theme.
Community Content: Integrated pastor quotes, maps of international reach, drone footage of key cities, and a live scroll naming every church in attendance.
Human Focus: Ensured the wall wasn’t just for watching but for using — a natural gathering point where people could pose, snap photos, and show their connection to the network.
The constant motion meant there was always something new to notice, giving attendees a reason to keep coming back.
